Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales and gross profit targets, focusing on acquiring new customers, upselling existing clients, and expanding into new markets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach in target industries.
- Develop account plans to grow revenue through upselling, cross-sell, and renewal.
- Conduct client meetings, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Strategically sell Mendix and other TBN products and services through presentations, proposals, and consultative selling techniques to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline by regularly updating the company CRM, tracking progress, and reporting sales projections.
- Collaborate with software principals to align on sales goals and stay updated on product developments.
- Handle and prepare all related documentation, including contract preparation and review, quotation issuance, and proposal creation, etc.
- Manage customer relationships with existing clients and prospects, ensuring satisfaction and continued business.
- Provide technical insights and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition and how TBN solutions align with their business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in IT solutions or enterprise software sales.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with a focus on building long-term, value-driven client relationships.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Experience in managing and nurturing client and partner relationships, from early-stage engagement through post-sale.
