Position: Pre-Sales Manager

Office Location: BB Building (BTS Asok, MRT Sukhumvit)
Key Accountabilities:
- Guidance on solution design, proposal development, and technical presentations to support sales goals and drive business growth.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical and business solutions.
- Oversee the development and quality of high-impact proposals, proofs of concept (POCs), and presentations to effectively address client needs.
- Develop a cost sheet and perform cost calculations to account for all requirements and risks, ensuring the coverage of all aspects to meet the company's standard gross profit and maximize margins.
- Lead solution strategy and value positioning to ensure offerings are closely aligned with clients’ needs and business objectives.
- Coordinate with partners/vendors to deliver effective software solutions.
- Work closely with Sales and Project Implementation teams to ensure alignment and execution of presales activities.
- Support new products and act as the new product owner in a sandbox.
- Ensure pre-sales activities meet quality standards and support sales targets.
- Stay up to date on technology trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5-8 years experience in presales, technical sales, solution consulting or related roles. At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to analyze customer business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
