The Committee of the Collective Action Against Corruption has resolved to certify the Company as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC Certified), effective from September 30, 2025. This certification is valid for a period of 3 years.

Annual General Meeting (AGM) Quality Assessment (AGM Checklist)

The Company received a perfect score of 100 points on the AGM Checklist quality assessment, achieving the rating of "Excellent and Exemplary" for the second consecutive year. This assessment was conducted under the 2025 AGM Checklist Project, organized by the Thai Investors Association (TIA) in collaboration with the Thai Capital Market Business Association.

Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR)

The Company received a 5-star rating, or "Excellent" (Excellent CG Scoring), in the corporate governance assessment conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD) for the second consecutive year in 2025. Furthermore, the Company was ranked among the Top Quartile Companies by Market Capitalization (with an average market capitalization not exceeding 1,500 million baht).
